Ambrosia Salad is a traditional fruit salad that is creamy and has a great mix of tastes and textures. Ingredients:
- 1 can 20 oz pineapple chunks, drained
- 1 can 11 oz mandarin oranges, drained
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1 cup shredded sweetened coconut
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup whipped topping e

- 1/2 cup maraschino cherries, halved
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
Put chunks of drained pineapple and mandarin oranges in a large bowl
Put in the bowl mini marshmallows, shredded sweetened coconut, and maraschino cherries that have been cut in half
Put the sour cream, whipped topping, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract in a different bowl and mix them together using a whisk
Carefully mix the sour cream into the fruit and marshmallow mix until everything is covered
Put chopped pecans on top of the salad
Put the Ambrosia Salad in the fridge for at least an hour before you serve it
