Ingredients:
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350F 175C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper
In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, cocoa powder, granulated sugar, melted coconut oil, egg, vanilla extract, baking soda, and salt
Mix until well combined
Fold in the chocolate chips into the cookie dough
Scoop spoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each cookie
Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the cookies are set but still slightly soft in the center
Remove from the oven and let them cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely
