Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
- 8 oz farfalle pasta, cooked according to package instructions
- 1 cup red seedless grapes, halved
- 1 cup green seedless grapes, halved
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds, toasted
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 tbsp poppy seeds
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lettuce leaves for serving optional
Instructions:
In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, cooked pasta, halved grapes, toasted almonds, chopped celery, and chopped red onion
In a separate small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, poppy seeds, honey, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper
Pour the dressing over the chicken and pasta mixture, then toss gently until everything is evenly coated
