Corn Tortillas Tacos



Corn Tortillas Tacos are a classic Mexican dish that's easy to make and perfect for a quick and tasty meal. The combination of seasoned ground beef, fresh vegetables, and creamy toppings wrapped in soft corn tortillas is sure to satisfy your taco cravings.

Ingredients:

  • 12 corn tortillas
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup salsa
  • 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat

Add diced onions and minced garlic, saut until onions are translucent

Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula as it cooks

Stir in taco seasoning, salt, and pepper

Warm corn tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave for about 30 seconds

To assemble tacos, place a spoonful of the beef mixture onto each tortilla

Top with shredded cheddar cheese, lettuce, and diced tomatoes

Add a dollop of sour cream and a drizzle of salsa on top

Fold the tortillas in half and serve immediately
