Ingredients:
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced
- 1 can 15 oz black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can 15 oz diced tomatoes
- 1 can 4 oz diced green chilies
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup frozen corn kernels
- Juice of 1 lime
- Tortilla strips, avocado slices, shredded cheese, and cilantro for garnish
Instructions:
In a slow cooker, combine diced chicken, black beans, diced tomatoes, green chilies, diced onion, minced garlic, chicken broth, chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper
