These protein pancakes are not only vegan but also packed with nutrients. They make for a delicious and satisfying breakfast or post-workout meal.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 cup almond milk
- 2 tbsp ground flaxseed
- 2 tbsp vegan protein powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp maple syrup optional
Instructions:
Rolling oats, banana, almond milk, ground flaxseed, vegan protein powder, baking powder, cinnamon, and vanilla extract should all be put into a blender
Mix until it's smooth
Warm up a nonstick pan over medium-low heat
Pour pancake batter onto the pan to make pancakes of any size you want
Cook for two to three minutes, or until the top starts to bubble
After flipping, cook for another two to three minutes, or until golden brown
Do it again with the rest of the batter
If you want, you can serve it hot with maple syrup
